The game was developed by a team of 13 people and was released on 18 August 2020 for Nintendo Switch and on 15 October 2020 on Microsoft Windows via appstores like Stream, Epic Store and platforms like PlayStation 4 & Xbox one.

Storyline of Raji: An Ancient Epic

Raji: An Ancient Epic is set in ancient India. Raji, a young girl, is the protagonist of this game who is choosen by gods against the demons.

The story is set in ancient India where the human race is at the edge of extinction due to the suppression and evil ambition of demons. The challenge of demons to gods puts them in rage and they decide to avenge them. 

Powers given by Gods to Raji

During the invasion of demons, Raji, a young girl, was given godlike powers by gods. She had also suffered the invasion of demons. Demons had kidnapped her brother during the seize of Jaidhar. During the seize of Jaidhar, she becomes unconscious. When she regains her consciousness, she felt godlike power in her but she didn't found her brother anywhere.

So, Raji starts her journey to find her brother at the time when the demon king Mahabalasura plans to capture the human race for him.
