Redmi, a sub-brand owned by Chinese electronic company Xiaomi, has launched their entry level Earbud "Redmi Earbuds S". The Redmi Earbuds S is an Indian version of AirDots S which was launched in China in April 2020. The earbuds are cost effective and their price to performance ratio is quite good. These earbuds supports various platforms like Android, ios, Mac OS, Windows.
What are TWS Earbuds?
TWS stands for True Wireless Stereo. TWS is a technology which allows the user to pair two audio devices via Bluetooth. TWS type of earbuds are completely wireless even they don't have any wired connection between the L channel (left earbud) and R channel (right earbud). The newly launched Redmi Earbuds S is also a TWS category earbud and comes with a earbud case for charging and protection.

- Play/Pause Music: Press the multi-function button to play/pause the music while using the earbuds.
- Turn on voice assistant: Double press the multi-function button to enable the voice assistant while using the earbuds.
- Answer a Second Call/Switch between calls: Press the multi-function button to answer the second incoming call during an ongoing call. Double press the multi-function button to switch between the two calls.
- Switch between Earbuds and Device: During a call, press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second to switch between the earbuds and your phone.
- Mute/Unmute: Double press the multi-function button to mute/ unmute the earbuds during an ongoing call.
- Enable/Disable Game Mode: When playing games with your phone and earbuds being connected, press the multi-function button three times to enable or disable the game mode. In the game mode, the audio delay and latency can be effectively reduced.
